Another critical component of clinical trials that might benefit from AI is patient monitoring. Wearable technology was employed to continuously monitor the patient's physiological data in a case report involving a heart failure patient. The risk of heart failure aggravation was then predicted using AI algorithms that were applied to this data in order to find trends.
